This Clarification Text, acting in the capacity of data controller, Erkay Organization Peyz. Tur. Nak. Food Construction. Taah. San. And Tic. A.Ş., within the framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, it has been prepared in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection method, to whom it can be transferred and your rights under the KVKK.
In order to ensure the security of our service area, video recording is made by means of security cameras located on the exterior of our service area, hotel entrance, lobby area, spa entrance, guest floor corridors, indoor pool area, staff office corridor, rear entrance foyer area and restaurant area and the recording process is supervised by the management unit.
Your personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal reason "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" in Article 5 of the Law. In addition, your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation. Article 20 of the Constitution stipulates that everyone has the right to be informed about personal data concerning him/her. Article 11 of the KVKK lists the rights of the personal data owner within the scope of the law.
